Personal Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o.

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Special terms and conditions of the online store of Nabis d.o.o. (hereinafter: Special terms of operation of the online store) determine the special conditions under which the company Nabis d.o.o. provides its services within the online store, as well as the obligations and rights of subscribers of Nabis d.o.o. and the companies themselves. For the areas that are not specified in the Special Terms and Conditions of the online store, the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o., the Agreement, special agreements and applicable regulations apply. All terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o. have the same meaning in the subject Special Terms and Conditions of the online store. The online store of Nabis d.o.o. – https://nabispro.com/ (hereinafter: online store) is an information system that enables the conclusion of a contract at a distance. The owner of the online store is the company Nabis d.o.o.
II. BUYING IN AN ONLINE SHOP
Purchases in the online store are available to all registered users who are logged in to the online store on the website https://nabispro.com/. A registered user is a natural or legal person who completes a successful registration on the website https://nabispro.com/. For the areas that are not specified in the Special Terms and Conditions of the online store, the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o., the Agreement, special agreements and applicable regulations apply. All terms used in the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o. have the same meaning in the subject Special Terms and Conditions of the online store. The online store of Nabis d.o.o. – https://nabispro.com/ (hereinafter: online store) is an information system that enables the conclusion of a contract at a distance. The owner of the online store is the company Nabis d.o.o.

Purchases in the online shop constitute distance selling, which is subject to the provisions of these Special Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o. and the provisions of the applicable regulations.

To the extent that the provisions of these Special Terms and Conditions are not consistent with the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis Ltd, the provisions of these Special Terms and Conditions shall apply.

By using the online shop, the registered user agrees to these terms and conditions by explicitly ticking the check box during the purchase process. If the user does not check the box, he/she is deemed not to have accepted the Special Terms and Conditions, in which case the conclusion of the distance contract is not possible.

The registered user can choose between the products and services listed in the online store. In case the registered user decides to buy any of the products, mark this in the online store and fill in the necessary information for the purchase. In order to submit the order correctly, the registered user is obliged to fill in all the required information:
  • product
  • customer information
  • payment method.
Payment in the online store is possible with a payment card or by pre-invoice by transfer to the bank account of the company Nabis d.o.o.. In the case of payment by card, it is necessary to enter all the required data, otherwise the purchase is not possible. In the case of payment by pre-invoice by bank transfer, the payment information is generated when the order is placed and the registered user receives it by e-mail. If certain costs are associated with each payment method, the registered user is obliged to settle them in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment service provider. If a registered user places an order with the option of payment by advance invoice, but does not make the transfer or does not make it in full, it is considered that the contract has not been concluded.
The purchase in the online store is completed when the registered user receives an order confirmation to the e-mail address he provided in the online store. By completing the purchase, the registered user becomes a subscriber to the services of Nabis d.o.o. and are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Nabis d.o.o.
