We have been using the Nabis online ordering software in both of our retirement homes for several years. It makes the daily work of the kitchen managers in selecting the best supplier and ordering much easier, and it helps the management to analyse financially and quantitatively the items ordered. I must praise the attention paid to the development of new solutions and the great flexibility to the individual user.

I am the head of the kitchen at the Marija and Marta Institute in Logatec. Our kitchen team takes care of food for 80 residents in the home, 80 children in Miklavževo kindergarten, 45 employees, and outdoor lunches. On average, around 200 lunches go out of our kitchen every day, but this does not include breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Since a lot of food goes out of the kitchen, it is logical that a lot of it must also go into our pantry, refrigerators.

In order to save a few euros, we entered the Nabis electronic ordering system. I must admit that I am extremely satisfied with the system. The program provides me with a clear and accurate overview of all products that are in the system database, and at the same time, the most important information for me is how much each selected product costs. Every day I can monitor the range of offered products and their prices.

The great added value of the system is also the final estimate of the order, as I can record and monitor the value of the completed order on a daily basis. I also like to check new products that are in the system, order them, test them and if they are of good quality, then use them regularly. The fact that I can monitor the value of the saved funds with each order is also important to me.

Above all, the quality of the team behind the Nabis name is very important to me. They were able to present the system and its use in a quality and understandable way. I would especially like to praise Mrs Metka, who is always available if I need any advice or help. Thank you very much for the very friendly and correct business relationship.
